Washington’s Atlantic Coast Line station was built in 1904. The passenger and freight buildings remain intact are are used for offices and a civic center. Tracks, which once came into town down the middle of Third Street from the west, no longer lead to the station at Main and Gladden nor past it to the docks trains once worked.
